Applicable for: Reservations made via this website for the apartment located in Thonon-les-Bains, France.

1. Reservation Request

By submitting a reservation request on this website, you agree to be contacted by the property owner via email or phone to confirm availability and finalize your booking. Submitting the form does not guarantee the reservation until confirmed directly by the owner.

2. Payment

Payment is made at the location, upon arrival, in cash or as agreed with the owner. No online payments are processed through this website.

3. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your booking free of charge by contacting the owner at least 48 hours before the check-in date. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may result in refusal of future bookings.

4. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in: from 3:00 PM

  • Check-out: until 11:00 AM
    Other times may be arranged directly with the owner.

5. Liability

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during your stay.
Any damage to the property caused by the guest may be subject to compensation.

6. Rules

  • No smoking inside the apartment

  • No parties or loud noise

  • No pets (unless agreed in advance)
